Check the parts
Lay out the base, stem, matching brick top / ball joint, and one stand screw. Use the parts supplied for your chosen stand size and configuration. The single stand screw secures the stem to the base. The brick top has its own threaded connection and screws directly onto the other end of the stem. Check the printed parts and threads for damage before assembly.
Secure the stem to the base
Place the base with its display face upward and align the bottom of the stem with the center hole. Support both parts while inserting the stand screw upward through the underside of the base into the stem. Start the screw squarely by hand, align the stem with the base, then hand-tighten until the connection is secure. If the threads catch or the screw starts crooked, back it out and realign it. Do not force the threads or overtighten.
Screw the brick top onto the stem
Align the brick top’s threaded connection with the upper end of the stem. Screw it directly onto the stem by hand, keeping the parts aligned as the threads engage. Seat the connection securely without forcing it. If it resists or sits at an angle, stop and check the alignment. Place the empty stand on a flat surface and check that the base sits flat and both connections are secure before adding your model.
Find a strong attachment point near the set’s balance point
Support the model with both hands and identify its center of mass—the area where its weight is most evenly balanced. This may differ from the visual center if one end is heavier. Choose a strong underside connection compatible with your brick top and as close to that balance point as practical. Follow any set-specific attachment instructions supplied with your order. Avoid loose plates, decorative panels, or weakly connected sections. Align the chosen connection with the brick top and attach the set carefully while supporting its weight. Check that the brick connection is fully engaged. Do not force a connection that does not fit or release the model while it is only partly attached.
Adjust the display angle and check the balance
Keep the model fully supported while adjusting the brick top / ball joint. Start with a level or modest angle and make small changes. Check that the model clears the surface and that its weight remains balanced over the base. Hand-tighten the joint enough to hold the chosen position without forcing it. Steep or overly aggressive angles can move the weight beyond the base’s support area, tip the stand, or strain the joint and brick connections. The set could fall or detach. The joint’s available movement does not mean every angle is suitable. If the base begins to lift, the set slips, or the brick connection starts to separate, support the model immediately and reduce the angle or remove it to reassess the attachment.
Check the finished display
Gradually release your support only when the stand and model remain stable. Confirm that the base stays flat, the stem is secure, the threaded brick top is seated, and the brick connection holds without movement. Keep the display away from shelf edges and places where it could be bumped. Support the model whenever you adjust its angle. Remove it before moving the stand, tightening the base screw, or taking the stand apart. If a connection loosens later, take the model down and correct the problem before displaying it again.
