Identify your arm and brick top
Check the arm size and the stud pattern on the top. Match both to the selected animation. Confirm your set’s supported attachment point before mounting it. For a different or inverted top, confirm compatibility before fitting it.
Check the installed arm or prepare a new mount
For an already installed arm, remove the model, support it separately and check that the arm is firmly fixed. For a new installation, Hold the empty arm against the wall and mark both mounting holes. Check for hidden services. Use a stud where practical, or wall hardware rated for the wall material and loaded display. Prepare pilot holes or anchors as directed for the fasteners. Start both screws and tighten until the wall plate sits firmly without bending.
Slide the optional screw cover along the arm
If using the screw cover, fit it after both wall screws are snug and before installing the ball head. With the socket still bare, align the cover opening with the socket at the tip of the arm. Slide the cover over the socket and along the arm until it seats against the wall plate and conceals the screws. Support the arm and guide the cover gently. If it catches, check the orientation before continuing.
Seat the ball and fit the locking collar
Lower the ball into the socket, then thread the locking collar straight onto the socket by hand. Support the model whenever adjusting it. Loosen the collar slightly, tilt or rotate the head, and retighten by hand before releasing the model.
Connect the model to the matching top
Support the model from below. Align the top with its intended attachment point so the studs engage squarely. For a 4×8 mount supplied with locking bricks, engage those bricks in the intended positions before transferring the model’s weight. Follow the set-specific fitting guide when supplied.
Adjust and check the display
Keep the model supported while loosening the collar just enough to adjust the angle. Retighten the collar by hand. Release gradually only when the head holds its position and the brick connection and wall plate are steady.
